No–it’s a plane with Rick Hansen legally at the controls. Congratulations to club member Rick Hansen on passing his pilot license.

As many of you know, I travel as a photographer on an annual medical mission to Nicaragua, Guatemala and once to Cuba. On the trip to Nicaragua last February, the United Methodist Church asked me do a feature on a practicing member of the church. Dr. Steve Herbst fit the picture and the video is now featured on the United Methodist Church website. Dr. Herbst’s compassion and dedication is typical of all the approximately 70 surgeons, nurses and support staff that make the trip. Participation in this mission has been one the most uplifting experiences of my life.
