The October 2013 Monthly Meeting Minutes was held at the home of Harold Patterson.  The meeting was attended by approximately 30 club members.  A great pitch-in dinner including main courses of fried chicken and venison burgers was enjoyed by all.  Continue reading →

August 11, 2013- Monthly Meeting Minutes

Carla and Barry Wade hosted the meeting, which was held at the shelter on the Dam Court on Lake Monroe.   There were 39 members and one guest attending, despite the absence of the club secretary, the mileage contest coordinator, Past President O, and Archie who were attending the 66^th annual Peoria TT.

Club Director Wayne Garrison presided over the business meeting, as President Ledgerwood was out of state on a “Swift Trip.”

Wayne thanked Carla and Barry for hosting the meeting at the best dam site on Lake Monroe and announced a host is needed if we are to have a September meeting.

Wayne also related that Falcone Motorsports is hosting a party again this year in conjunction with the MotoGP race. The party is at 6:30 PM on Friday, August 16.

• Hoosier Beemers Rally, 9/27-29

Mike Williams announced that he and Mamie are going to host a campout for club members at his estate on August 23-24, 2013.  There will be a grill available, for your use and Mamie will prepare a country breakfast on Saturday morning.  Attendees should contact Mike for a headcount.

Wayne closed the meeting extending appreciation to Carla and Barry for hosting the meeting.

May 11, 2013, Monthly Meeting Minutes

President Margie Ledgerwood called the meeting to order at 1:50 PM.

Margie extended thanks to Jack Borsos and Racer Parts Wholesale for hosting the meeting.  There were approximately 40 members in attendance.

The new members and quests in attendance were asked to introduce themselves.
