Hello and Greetings

 Yesterday I ask Kelly to stop at Shapiro’s downtown to have lunch and find out when they might reopen for breakfast. She talked to the people there and they said maybe the end of July but no more specific than that. She also said they are waiting for the convention center to reopen as they get a lot of business with the convention crowds. Also, with social distancing the place looks a little sparce. I hope they can open soon as they are a great place for the club to meet up weekly. Thanks, I will do my best to keep you all posted. Also looking at August for the next monthly which seems like annual meeting.

Dear fellow club members,

    It is with serious concern that I am sending this e-mail but due to the covid-19 virus I am suspending monthly meetings until further notice. As the club’s majority are in the high-risk category it is with the highest concern for health and safety that I am making this decision. I have spoken to other club members who are in agreement with this decision. During this time, I would like to encourage all club members to keep the communication lines open, send an e-mail to the group and keep everyone informed on how you are doing or what your thoughts are. No big deal breakfast is up to your discretion as long as Shapiro’s is open, please check before you go as they may be closed.  It is my prayers that we will get thru this safely and quickly. Also, if you have a little extra time on your hands go for a short ride and clear your mind.

 Due to some scheduling issues we will be holding the March monthly meeting this Saturday, March 14, at 11:00 at Shapiro’s Deli 808 South Meridian Street 46225. I know this is last Minuet there are issues with the RSVP on the calendar side of the website so please RSVP to Wayne Garrison at wgwhiterabbit@sbcglobal.net . no need to bring anything sandwiches will be provided just buy your own drink. Hello fellow club members,

     As Mother Nature put down a fresh layer of snow today here in Central Indiana, and hints that Valentine’s Day is coming, I want to invite anyone who hasn’t signed up for the Annual Mileage Banquet to know that it is not too late! You don’t need to put on your riding gear, just get gussied up and bring $35.00 dollars per person and your appetite to Primo South Banquet Hall. There will be drinks that you can buy at the bar, prize drawings and a hot meal to impress your date.  I take Kelly and she seems to have a good time. Cocktails start at 6:00 and Dinner at 7:00. Primo South’s address is 2615 National Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227 We look forward to seeing you and please leave your helmet at home.
