The December club meeting/Christmas party will be on Saturday, December 7 at the home of Archey and Theresia Shearer starting at 5 pm.   Their address is 7594 Brickmaker Ct, in Plainfield, 46168.  As with most meetings, the club is providing the main course (ham and turkey) and beverages, but attendees are asked to bring a side dish to share. This event is normally very well attended so we ask that you plan to bring side dishes that will serve approximately 10 people.  

For our newer members, the club has a white elephant gift exchange at this party.  Each individual who brings a small white elephant gift can participate in the gift exchange. If you bring one, you’ll get to pick one.  Participation in the gift exchange is completely voluntary.  The gifts can be useful or not.

For those who attended the Start tour and for those who didn’t. The ones that took the tour didn’t see the press running. The tour was awesome and the guide was great. Thanks to Brian for his tour. This is not the actual press we saw but a good example.

BMW Motorcycle Club of Indianapolis has posted a new item, ‘Saturday Star News tour between breakfast and meeting‘

Brian Findlay a club member who works at the Star News has offered us a tour of the 86th street and Michigan Rd. location. This would be between breakfast at Shapiro and the club meeting at 106th and Michigan Rd. The meeting starts at 1 pm. The tour should only take between an hour and an hour and a half. The presses won’t be running. We should be at the tour location by 11:00 am. The Star news in located at 8278 Georgetown Rd. If you would like to take the tour please let me know so Brian can have an idea of the size of our group.
