I received this from a BMW rider I met thought I would pass it on

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for being bold and approaching me last fall at the speedway on Thompson and Arlington to tell me about MOA. I am the guy who was on the 2005 R1200RT (charcoal) and getting ready to head to LA in Nov. 2018. It was nice to have the confidence of the roadside assistance on the long trip (even though it was never used) and I am now enjoying the BMW ON magazines. Especially “Jack the Reipe”. We speak sarcasm here at my house, so I find him very amusing.
I also wanted to pass the word that there is a really good ADV charity ride coming up on 4 MAY. The 5th annual “Riders for Striders” charity ride. You can find info on ADVRIDER.COM and they also have a facebook page. “zamboni9” is the guy on advrider that puts it on. I was out scouting tracks with him yesterday for the upcoming ride. If memory serves me correctly, you are on a F800GS and I thought you might enjoy it. It is a day ride that starts at Stony Lonesome Motorcycle club on IN46 just west of Columbus, IN. It will take all day and they will have a lunch stop in the Bloomington area. Lunch stop is usually BBQ and served in a field where there is also an optional off-road section if anyone wants to give it a try. (no pressure)  I have included a pic from yesterday at Tulip Trestle that is along the route for 4 May. Spread the word and bring some friends.  Hope all is well and you are already riding. Thanks again.
