March monthly meeting

Joe Hochderffer brought the meeting to order at 11:45am on March 23, 2019 at Shapiro’s Deli.
Thank you to Shapiro’s and Joe and Kelly for hosting the meeting.
Joe started the meeting by welcoming back the “snow birds”
The April meeting will be held at Mike and Mamie’s home, Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 10:00 – 2:00.
Steve Burford is recovering from surgery, having Left elbow deposits removed. He is home receiving
excellent care from Irmi.
Board of Directors has an open spot. If you are interested, please contact Joe H.
Galen offered to help with Photo tag and will try and cover the rules at the April meeting.
Jay Z. is currently working on an alternative to Yahoo groups. Paynetown campout is May 10 – 12, 2019.
Wayne and Peggy will be hosting the meeting at the Paynetown campgrounds on Saturday May 11,
2019 at 3:00pm. They will be providing hotdogs and brats for the pitch in.

European Riders Rally is May 16 – 19, 2019. There are more details on the Nashville BMW Club website.
Wayne is taking a tent count for the MOA in Lebanon, Tenn. It is the weekend of June 13 – 16, 2019.
Please register your tent on the website and if you need assistance contact Wayne.
July monthly meeting is being hosted by Galen and Tracy at their home. Due to the MOA, we do not plan to have a June meeting.
T-CLOCS handouts were made available in preparation for the riding season. Yeah!
Joe thanked Shapiro’s for providing a meeting spot, sandwiches and chips.
