Theresia and Archey Shearer hosted the meeting on an exceptional January 21, 2017. At least a dozen members rode their bikes to the meeting, which was attended by approximately 40.

After a great buffet lunch featuring the musical fruit, the meeting was called to order at 2:15 PM by President Margie Ledgerwood.

The President discussed monthly meetings, and a few volunteers committed to hosting a meeting during the upcoming year.

Those present were reminded to pay dues and advised that memberships will be terminated if dues are not paid by February 28.

Attendees were also advised that the deadline to sign up for the annual awards banquet would be February 1, 2017. They were encouraged to attend this enjoyable event.

It was announced that President Ledgerwood had been elected by the Board of Directors to serve as President for the 2017-18 business year commencing on April 1.

Andy Clark and Dick Snodgress were elected to serve on the Board of Directors without opposition. There three year terms commence on April 1, 2017. Congratulations Gentlemen.

Dennis Shelley updated the members on the recovery of Barb. Visitors are welcome.

Margie thanked the Shearer’s for hosting the meeting.
