Bob Stewart and I visited Andy yesterday shortly after lunch. We were both very pleasantly surprised to see Andy setting up in a wheelchair and interacting with his daughters. They are working on hand and eye coordination activities with balls/small rubber toys. Andy’s facial expression confirmed that he recognized my voice (no comments please), and then said “Bob” as Bob followed me into Andy’s room. Andy’s daughters were thrilled when they confirmed that “Bob” was really named Bob!
Andy is saying words and/or short statements. Most don’t match with what the current conversation is, but the fact that he is talking now is a major set forward. Admittedly Andy has a long way to go. RHI is working him daily and making great progress.
Continued Prayers for Andy and his Family
