Tracy and Galen Reinholt again opened up there home for the annual Christmas celebration.  The food was marvelous, from the the turkey and ham with traditional sides to the many varied deserts.

After the great dinner, President Mike Williams opened a meeting consisting of several important announcements.  Board Member Wayne Garrison reminded everyone to use the club web site to enter the annual mileage contest.  Entries must be submitted by January 15, 2015 so the Club “mileage slave” can be prepared for the annual banquet scheduled for February 14.

Board Member Margie Ledgerwood urged all to pay dues by the end of the year.  This may be accomplished on the web site using pay-pal or your credit card. Alternatively your dues may be mailed to the treasurer. (instruction are posted on web site)  Dues payed by the end of year will make a member eligible for a drawing at the annual banquet, which will result in a refund of your annual dues.   You may also register for the annual banquet on the web site.  Bob Conley will be putting together a slide show for the banquet again this year.  Instructions on submitting digital photographs of riding activities will be posted in a few weeks.

Board Member Garrison also announced that at least two board of Directors positions will expire next Spring.  Anyone interested in serving on the Board of Directors for a three year term may contact Dennis Shelly who is serving as chair of the nominating committee.  The election of board members will be announced.  It will take place during a the monthly meeting during the first quarter next year.

President Williams closed the meeting by thanking  the Reinholt’s for hosting the great meeting.  This was followed by a while elephant exchange and lot of laughs.
