The meeting was hosted by Margie Ledgerwood January 25, 2014, another balmy day in the winter of 2014. The main course was chili, hot and mild, with many great appetizers, sides and deserts.

President Ledgerwood called the meeting to order at 2:15 PM.

The club calendar was discussed and several monthly meeting dates and locations were set.  You may access the club calendar on the club website. Please consider entering pertinent information on the calendar. See FAQ for details.

Margie announced that in accordance with the bylaws of the club, the Board of Directors has elected MIKE WILLIAMS to be the next President of the Club.  Mike’s term will commence on April 1, 2014. What do they call that day? Thanks Mike, and good luck!

The next order of business was the election of two Directors for three year terms, commencing April 1, 2014.  A count of the ballots revealed that Bob Roudebush and Margie Ledgerwood were elected to serve on the Board.

Jim Brown reported that Doug Johnson had been trained, Doug would have preferred educated, in the process of entering monthly meeting information on the web-site calendar.   (just reporting what I heard Doug)  If you are hosting a meeting, please contact Doug with your information so he can set up the calendar and registration process.

Jim encouraged the members present to learn to create events in the calendar for all to see. The FAQ section provides instructions.
