Simply go back to the listing page and click the item to bring up the detail page.

Be sure you are logged into the website. If you are you will see an “Edit” button on the detail page of your listing. Click it an make the changes below.

Change the Status to Sold and enter the date.

Hit the “Update” button.

This takes the item out of the Listing.
