Johnathan Fishburn and Angela Hosting hosted the November 2016 monthly meeting. After lunch President Margie Ledgerwood called the meeting to order and made the following announcements:

• The December Christmas Party meeting will be hosted by Tracy and Glen Reinhold on December 3rd.  Don’t forget White Elephant Gift exchange.
• Club Dues for 2017 are only $25.00 and are due by January 1, 2017. If you pay on time you will be entered in a drawing during the February Banquet, a $25.00 value.
• The Annual Awards Banquet will be held on February 11 at 6:00 PM. The banquet will be held at the Palms in Plainfield.  Cost is 25.00 and you can sign up on the club’s web site and pay your dues at the same time.  There will be Door prizes, a 50/50 raffle and the Annual Slide show put together by Bob Conley.
• The Nominating Committee for the two vacancies on the Board of Directors is chaired by Dennis Shelley.  Dick Snodgress Jay Zach and Joe Hochderffer are on the committee. The election of board members will be held during the January Meeting. Members who are willing to serve a three year term should contact a committee member.
• Anyone interested in serving as President in 2016 should contact a board member.
• Anyone interested in serving on the 10,000 mile award committee, please contact Wayne Garrison.

After again thanking Johnathon an Angela, Margie adjourned the meeting.
