The Annual Christmas Party Meeting was hosted by Galen and Tracy Reinholt on December 3, 2016.

Turkey, Ham and all the fixings were on hand and a great dinner was enjoyed by approximately 40 attendees.

After dinner, President Margie Ledgerwood called the meeting to order and announced the following:

The January meeting will be hold on January 21, 2017 at 1:00PM at the home of Theresia and Archey Shearer.  Please sign up on the web site or contact the hosts so they can plan for the event. The Election of two Board members to three-year terms will be held at this meeting.  Contact Dennis Shelley this month if you are interested in serving as a broad member. Guests may stay after the meeting who wish to play card games.

The January Meeting will also be a planning meeting for scheduling monthly meetings, rides and rally dates for the club calendar.

Doug Johnson is looking for a replacement to help and eventually take over maintenance of the Club’s Calendar posted on the website.

Wayne Garrison won the raffle entered at the October Mileage Contest event. He will get a ride in a glider next spring, complements of Richard Hansen.

Margie and the members thanked the Reinholt’s for hosting the December meeting for the last six years.  They will be taking a sabatical next year. We are grateful for their hospitality.

The meeting the meeting was adjourned and an epic White Elephant gift exchange was enjoyed by the attendees.
