These minutes were prepared from notes taken by Kelly Hochderffer. Thanks for covering for the Secretary who was vacationing at the Barber Motorsports Park.
The meeting was held at the home of Scott and Christi Reynolds on October 11, 2015.
Joe Hochderffer presided over the meeting as the proxy for President Ledgerwood. He called the meeting to order at 2:45 PM. Joe thanked the Reynolds for hosting the meeting and for serving delicious food.
There was a discussion concerning the conflicting date for the September meeting with the Paynetown Campout. It was agreed further discussion is warranted.
New Business:
Members asked the status of submissions for a new club logo and if they were still being accepted. Joe advised no decisions have been finalized and questions should be directed to Wayne Garrison, Jim Brown or Margie Ladgerwood.
Announcements:
The club will hold a swap meet at Falcone’s on October 17, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Joe and Kelly Hochderffer will host the November Meeting on the 14th at 2:00 PM. Food and pop will be provided with plenty of seating for everyone. There is no need to bring a covered dish. (wow!)
Joe again thanked the Reynolds for hosting the meeting and adjourned at 3:10 PM
