Helen Margaret Byrkett 94, of Indianapolis, passed away March 17, 2014. She was born December 27, 1919 in Howard County, Indiana, to the late Walter and Lula Kerkhoff. She married Paul E. Byrkett on April 19, 1941 and he preceded her in death. Helen is survived by daughter Kitty (Neal) Rubendall; son Stephen (Cindy) Byrkett; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Services will be 12:00 p.m., Monday, March 24 at St. John Lutheran Church, 6630 Southeastern Ave., Indianapolis 46203. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
